Uliving Student Housing


A Uliving Student Housing, é uma rede de moradias
universitárias que se propõe gerar um ambiente confortável e seguro, projetado
pensando no bem-estar dos estudantes para facilitar a adaptação à nova cidade e
promover integração, aprendizados e rede de conexões com gente do mundo todo.


Com base nessa premissa,
os escritórios parceiros, Branco Meio Amarelo (bma-arq) e Isaac Safdie Arquitetura
desenvolveram o projeto de arquitetura. Felipe Fuchs (bma-arq) explica: “ A definição
de um volume retangular voltado a um vazio central que, além de permitir o
melhor aproveitamento do terreno, permite a criação de novas vistas e relações
entre os espaços do conjunto. De modo a estabelecer um equilíbrio entre a vida
acadêmica e a vida social, a ocupação desse volume foi feita por meio da
criação de anéis de transição que vão de espaços privativos mais íntimos a espaços
coletivos de maior interação. O anel perimetral foi definido a partir da
distribuição de dormitórios individuais, espaços de maior privacidade,
dedicados ao estudo e repouso. Na sequência, foi criado um anel intermediário,
formado por salas e cozinhas compartilhadas. Esses dois primeiros anéis compõem
as unidades de moradia, espaços privativos e destinados a grupos menores de
moradores. Em seguida, foi constituído um anel com áreas de circulação abertas voltadas
ao vazio central que funcionam não apenas como áreas de passagem, mas como
espaços de encontro e de estar. Por fim, o vazio central foi concebido como
ponto focal do conjunto, configurando uma pequena praça, local de maior
sociabilização e interação.”


Unindo o propósito do
cliente ao da arquitetura, por meio de um processo analítico-conceitual, o projeto
de iluminação reforça ainda mais estas intensões. A iluminação se adequa as
diferentes ambiências: indicando caminhos, motivando interações e a não interações,
comunicando com alto conforto visual, favorecendo o ambiente de troca e agregando
valor ao espaço.


Discorrendo o projeto,
nas áreas privativas no anel perimetral, a ideia foi gerar uma ambiência flexível
e fácil ajustável conforme a vontade estudante. Com arandelas e abajures
orientáveis que facilitam a criação de ambientes calmos e/ou mais propícios aos
estudos e sob o teto, onde o donwlight pontual gera a perfeita iluminação do
armário.


 Já no segundo anel, também privativo, onde
ficam as áreas de convivências entre moradores do mesmo apartamento, a luz
indireta preenche o espaço sem ofuscamento e muitos contrastes gerando conforto.
Completando a ambiência interativa, alguns pontos de luz direta de mais
intensidade de luz para as áreas de trabalho, como pia da cozinha, mesa de
jantar, ponto central no teto da sala e abajur articulável, que fazem a luz
necessária para qualquer tipo de atividade deste espaço. Quem nunca estudou na
mesa de jantar ou no sofá da sala de casa? 


No último anel, nos
corredores que dão acesso ao pátio central, o conforto visual e as possíveis interações
que poderiam ocorrer foi o ponto de partida. Interações essas que poderiam
acontecer entre andares, entre pátio e andares, no mesmo corredor e assim por
diante. A luz direta e indireta vinda da parede, seria essencial para que isso
acontecesse sem nenhum desconforto causado pelo ofuscamento dos olhos dados
pelo brilho das luminárias, com isso, as arandelas feitas sob medidas de
diferentes tamanhos, com fluxos diferentes entre luz direta e indireta e com a
instalação impecável, trouxeram o ponto focal do projeto que agregou muito ao edifício
no cenário noturno trazendo dinamismo, beleza e conforto. Parte das arandelas
se pagam em determinada hora da noite, como forma de comunicar a hora de descanso,
estimulando a não interação. No mesmo corredor estão as lavanderias que também tiveram
seus cobogós iluminados de forma homogênea e sem ofuscamento informando o seu
lugar. As escadas de acessos, também foram pensadas para ter o mínimo de ofuscamento
possível e a ideia de que estas fossem tidas como grandes lanternas no cenário
noturno.


No pátio central, a luz
de guia embaixo dos bancos e o paisagismo iluminado de forma mais camuflada
possível, completam a paisagem visual noturna do espaço, em um espaço onde é possível
admirar o céu em um dia de verão e movimentar festas quando necessário.


Por fim, nas áreas
comuns, indicar acessos, caminhos e pontos focais foi a premissa, na recepção,
pontos focais marcando as mesas e no centro marcando o piso dando início ao percurso
visual de quem entra no edifício. Indo para o subsolo, na sala de tv com
diferentes tipologias de iluminação, torna o espaço versátil para um filme, uma
palestra ou até um lugar de dança. Já no escritório, os pendentes de luz direta
e indireta trazem amplitude ao espaço. No espaço aberto da cozinha
compartilhada a porta da sala de estudos, uma linha brilhante no teto que liga todos
os ambientes a área externa do subsolo do prédio, que são valorizados pela
iluminação de seus pilotis, também como forma de trazer conforto.


O projeto de iluminação,
apesar de ser uma disciplina complementar, além de lidar com a técnica de
projeto, lida sobretudo com questões emocionais e sensoriais das pessoas que
habitam o espaço e para conseguir alcançar o resultado esperado, fomos
contratados desde o início do projeto, ainda na etapa conceitual. Com isso
conseguimos agregar aos ambientes, além de facilitar o processo de trabalho com
fluidez, dinâmica e feito em equipe desde o pessoal da arquitetura, gerenciamento
de obra e entre outros complementares.
